Too much sitting down is not good for your health. Adults should be physically active for a minimum of 150 minutes per week.
Increased activity - increased health benefits.
The Norwegian Directorate of Health recommends a higher level of activity to achieve increased health benefits. Up to 300 minutes of moderate physical activity per week, or up to 150 minutes of high intensity, or a combination of high and moderate intensity.
2-3 hours on the Office Treadmill can give you the recommended daily activity.
With slow walking work, you won’t sweat and can do as just much as when sitting.
